Our condo is an oceanview unit on the second floor.  It has been updated and is very clean and comfortable! The kitchen is fully equipped!  More than half of our renters are REPEAT RENTERS because they like the condo so much!

We have beach chairs, a beach umbrella, beach toys and boogie boards available. There are books, movies, games and puzzles in the unit. We have balcony height chairs and tables on the balcony so that you have a clear view of the ocean and don’t have to look through railings!

The rental rates are as follows:

January through March – $3,600 per month
April to Memorial Day weekend – $1,220 per week
Memorial Day weekend – $280 per night, 3 night minimum, or $1,220 per week
June though Labor Day weekend (except July 4th week) – $1,220 per week July 4th week – $2,500 per week
Labor Day weekend – $280 per night, 3 night minimum, or $1,220 per week
September through December $1050 per week

The rental rate does not include the cleaning fee of $150 or state and local taxes of 12.5%. The rental payment can be split in two with half due upon booking and the second half due 30 days in advance.
