DESCRIPTION:TO ALL MEMBERS: \nNotice is hereby given that the Annual Meeting of the Members of the Hacienda del Sol 1\nCondominium Association\, Inc. will be held on: \nSunday\, May 20\, 2012\n2:00 p.m. EST\nat the\nHacienda Del Sol 1 Cabana\n4201 South Atlantic Ave.\nNew Smyrna Beach\, FL 32169 \nThe purpose of this meeting is to elect a Board of Directors and to transact any other\nbusiness authorized by the members at such Annual Meeting. \nTo meet the requirements of Florida Statute 718\, any Unit Owner desiring to be a candidate\nfor the Board of Directors must submit a written request to the Secretary of the Association\,\nc/o Hacienda del Sol 1\, 4201 South Atlantic Drive\, New Smyrna Beach\, Florida 32169 no\nlater than forty (40) days prior to the election (April 10th\, 2012). Enclosed is a “ Notice of\nIntent to be a Candidate” form that you may use as your written request. You will be\nprovided with a confirmation of receipt of your written request to be a candidate within five\n(5) days from receipt of same. If you do not receive this confirmation\, please contact Donna\nAbel at 386-427-1310 immediately. \nYou may also provide an information sheet with your written request\, on one (1) page not to\nexceed 8 1/2” x 11”\, whether typed or hand written and suitable to copy.\nA sample Candidate Information Sheet\, which you may use\, is included in this packet. \nOnly the names of Unit Owners who submit a written request will be on the Ballot which\nwill be mailed to all Unit Owners along with the Information Sheets no later than April\n22th\, 2012.
