Welcome to our “home away from home” in New Smyrna Beach, FL.  Located on the quiet, no drive section of New Smyrna Beach, our OCEANVIEW condo offers the convenience of being directly on the ocean. Our completely renovated unit is perfect for a couple or family and can comfortably sleep 5. The primary bedroom has a king sized bed and private bath. The second bedroom is brightly decorated with one twin and one full bed and is in close proximity to the second bathroom. There is a spacious kitchen that is updated with new appliances and fully stocked with coffee maker, microwave, and dishwasher. Flat screen TVs with cable service are featured in the living room and primary bedroom. 

Of course, the best part of the condo is the stunning view and private access to the beach. Sliding glass doors from the living room open onto your private balcony, providing a panoramic view of the ocean. The balcony includes balcony height chairs and tables so that you have a clear view of the pool and ocean.

Hacienda del Sol I is a small and quiet DIRECT OCEANFRONT building that boasts a large heated pool, kiddie pool, shuffleboard courts, pool clubhouse with Wi-Fi and many activities for winter guests. The beach is wide and great for walking and bicycling.

Enjoy the convenience of the small shopping center directly across the street complete with a grocery store, restaurants, fitness facility, bakery and a few miscellaneous shops. Also, minutes away are a Publix supermarket, Walgreens, Dunkin Donuts, and many fine locally owned restaurants. 

The historic town of New Smyrna offers shopping, restaurants and nightlife. Quaint shops on historic Flagler Ave and friendly folks are what New Smyrna is all about.

If you’re looking for more, it’s just 15 miles to the sites and sounds of Daytona Beach or 55 miles to all of the adventures available in Orlando: Disney, Epcot, MGM, Universal Studios, Kennedy Space Center, World Golf Village, and much more!
